Hi, I’m Sarah!

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

My interest in health and wellness started 5 years ago when I started a health focused Instagram account that has gained a loyal following (you probably discovered me there)! Through my account @simplysking, I discovered I had could make a positive impact in women’s health, which inspired me to obtain degrees with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2019 and Nutritional Therapy Association in 2021.

I built a practice from 0 to 15 clients in just three months thanks to client testimonials and word of mouth!

I have always wanted to help others discover their own unique potential to feel their best, quit chronic dieting, and improve unwanted digestive symptoms they’ve been living with their whole lives!

So here I am, building a practice around improving gut health, digestion, blood sugar regulation, energy, focus, sleep, weight management, happiness – your everything! All the while, keeping it fun, simple, and sustainable.

Simply Sking Wellness: Repair & Restore Program

My Repair & Restore program is a no-fluff program to help eliminate your digestive discomfort, improve your gut health, and create sustainable long term healthy eating habits with ease to get your confidence back!

Repair & Restore is here to help you become the master of your own health and digestion. You won’t need to try crash diets or tummy teas ever again.

It will take you from “figure it out as you go” and putting in hours of effort to improve your digestion for little to no results to feeling confident and building a unique bio-individual nutrition strategy that will eliminate your digestive discomfort and poor gut health.

Restore & Repair: Three Month

The Three-Month RESET is for those who need additional support, guidance, and accountability in order to reach your goals.  

The client fills out a food and mood journal evaluation with four days of eating and completes an initial interview intake/health history form.  I assess all the information and consider your health struggles. After analyzing this information, I provide you with concrete advice including specific dietary and lifestyle modifications to achieve your health goals. In addition, you will have the opportunity to complete a comprehensive nutritional assessment questionnaire. This data gathering tool is utilized to understand your health history, symptom burdens, foundational supports needs, and potential vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

After thorough evaluation of the analyzed data we work together over a three-month period to achieve your health goals.  I provide you with specific dietary and lifestyle modifications.  In addition, I evaluate outside factors such as sleep, stress, environmental toxins, medications, relationships, and movement and how all of these factors play a role in your health and wellness goals.  

This service will provide guidance and accountability to reach your goals, improve digestive function, and gut health. Week after week you will notice the improvements in reduced bloat, acid reflux, constipation, brain fog, anxiety, pms, and more!

Restore & Repair: Six Month

This Six-Month Overhaul includes the Three Month Reset program plus an in-depth method to unlearn restrictive dieting and/or evaluating hormonal imbalances. We use an intuitive positive mindset approach which allows us to implement sustainable long-lasting changes for life to resolve your digestive discomfort. The topics that we tackle in the Six-Month Overhaul program take time and patience.

This service will provide guidance and accountability to reach your goals, improve digestive function, and gut health. Week after week you will notice the improvements in reduced bloat, acid reflux, constipation, brain fog, anxiety, pms, and more! Plus, it will improve your relationship to food, you will finally be done with chronic dieting, and increase your confidence.

This service will help you feel confident about fueling your body & make decisions around what to eat with ease resulting in elimination of digestive discomfort!

Initial Interview

Comprehensive evaluation of your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle habits, physical and mental health, and top health goals.

Three-Day Food and Mood Journal

Provides insight as to where your diet might be lacking key nutrients and how specific foods make you feel. Also helps identify food sensitivities.

Identify Foundational Needs

Many clients will have more than one foundational need. The foundational needs are as follows: digestive dysfunction, blood sugar dysregulation, fatty acid imbalance, vitamin/mineral need, and or hydration deficiency.

Nutritional Therapy

Personalized and bioindividual dietary changes based on your unique health struggles captured in your initial interview and NAQ.

Supplement Recommendations

Based on your Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, Initial Interview, and Food and Mood Journal. This is unique to you!

Lifestyle and Habit Changes

Health isn’t only about what you eat. I suggest lifestyle and habit changes to help reach your goals and reduce stressors.
